Job Description
- Purpose of the job:
Completing the work of administrative affairs and supervising the administrative affairs staff at the sites and administrative work towards the employees.
Implementation and follow-up of the company's administrative affairs regulations, and full supervision of all the company's work with government agencies for administrative affairs.
- Duties & responsibilities:
- Supervising all administrative affairs work for all company sites.
- Participate in the preparation of the budget for administrative affairs.
- Review the administrative covenant for all administrative affairs employees.
- Supervising and directing the required work.
- Operating cars and following up the movement of cars and maintenance work for owned cars.
- Follow up car rental companies, order cars and supervise their work.
- Closing the extracts and claims of companies and all contractors, whether security, cleaning and buffet services.
- Maintenance of photocopiers.
- Follow-up of the pest control process.
- Follow up on bills for telephones, internet, electricity and water.
- Follow up the work of security and guarding in all sites of the company.
- Establishment and follow-up of all service contracts, rents and furniture.
- Public relations, including booking tickets for workers to complete their work, follow-up, maintenance and development of admin building at the sites.
- Organizing all administrative affairs.
- Prepare the weekly, monthly reports as requested.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant qualification
- 7-10 years of experience
- Ability to solve problems
- Decision-making and finding alternatives
- Ability to manage more than one individual and location separately
- Ability to negotiate
- Work under pressure
- The skill of measuring costs and feasibility
- Managing others and familiarity with the work of Microsoft Office
- Driving license is preferred.
- Age not exceeding 40 Years.
