Job Description

To lead and oversee the administrative operations of the company, ensuring efficiency in office management, facility operations, and administrative services that support the company’s business activities and employee needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Operations Oversight

  • Supervise daily office activities to ensure efficient and secure operations.
  • Develop and implement office policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Monitor and control the use of supplies, equipment, and services.

Facilities & Asset Management

  • Manage company premises including office maintenance, cleanliness, security, and utilities.
  • Oversee the inventory and maintenance of office equipment, furniture, and assets.
  • Coordinate renovations, repairs, and vendor relationships for facility services.

Team Supervision & Development

  • Lead, train, and supervise the administration team (receptionists, office boys, drivers, etc.).
  • Set objectives, monitor performance, and ensure continuous development of team members.

Transportation & Fleet Management

  • Oversee vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and driver assignments.
  • Ensure cost-effective transportation operations and compliance with policies.

Document & Communication Management

  • Ensure smooth flow of internal communication and document archiving.
  • Oversee courier services, incoming/outgoing correspondence, and government papers.

Cost & Budget Control

  • Prepare and manage the administration budget.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure that administrative practices comply with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Handle company licenses, registrations, and governmental approvals when needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in administration, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Previous experience in real estate development or construction is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 

Work Conditions:

Location: Delta Capital Head Office – Sheikh Zayed

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

May require occasional site visits or coordination with project locations (car will be provided).
