Job Purpose:
We are looking for an ambitious, flexible, and active candidate to join our team as a “Key Account Manager” to Increase the selling volume of the assigned services line in the assigned territory by being fully aware of all services and technical information required.
Job Description
- Identify new opportunities and fulfill new customers’ necessities.
- Contact potential customers through meetings, calls, and emails.
- Promote and sell services by assessing customer-specific needs.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager (CORPORATE SALES)
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
