• Promote HSEQ corporate policy among his team and the company
• Ensure the implementation and conformity to HSEQ standards in all maintenance.
• Identify and implement all asset integrity and HSEQ mandatory upgrades and close all gaps.
• Develop with contractors a comprehensive maintenance plan according to agreed budget and based on defined station categories, then communicate with sales & CS teams.
• Maintenance and development of Network stations to protect and increase availability and reduce downtime.
•  Provide timely accurate equipment replacement plan.
• Prepare weekly & monthly KPIs (contractor performance reports, visits reports, OPEX status, SLA, equipment availability, maintenance cost per ton, MTTR, MTBF,  ..etc.) 
• Calling for maintenance tenders. 
• Management of external professionals, consultants & contractors of different competence levels.
• Manage periodic maintenance execution while focusing on performance & service receipt according to technical & HSEQ standards from contractors.
•  Manage corrective maintenance, installed spare parts & follow up with contractors regarding well investigated Root Cause Analysis reports.
• Organize & follow the periodic meeting with contractors.
• Manage new Installations in Capex projects and ensure delivery in accordance to budget, specification, quality & time. 
• Conducts audits of Contractors to ensure that their HSEQ Management System meet following requirements.
• Conducts audits on all sites during maintenance to ensure contractor compliance with Total standards.

Manage & follow ICC for assigned contractors.
