• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations
• Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate execution on-site.
• Coordinate with project managers, Tech. Office, and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control and safety measures are maintained on-site.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and manpower planning.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical solutions to resolve site issues.
