Job Description
- Lead the planning, execution, quality and delivery of multiple projects.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, issue subcontractor’s invoices and Clients invoices on time.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is proceeding as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Resolve site issues, manage change requests, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- Manage procurement schedules and coordinate delivery of materials with suppliers.
- Review project cost reports and cash flows, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Fit-out industry
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- PMP, PRMG or similar project management certification.
- Experience working with high-end retail or office interior projects.
- Good English and MSC office
