Job Description

  • Make an average of 40 effective calls per day. (An effective call is when the agent reaches the respondent, delivers the campaign message, and checks the respondent’s details are correct)

  • Enthusiasm: keeping the same enthusiasm from the 1st to the 100th call is key to success.
  • Resilience: telemarketing is a numbers game and marathon more than a sprint
