Job Description
Job Purpose
The Dermatologist is responsible for contributing to the spa’s overall sales and conversion goals while delivering excellent aesthetic treatments. The role requires diagnosing customers’ skin and body conditions, offering personalized treatment plans, and performing advanced dermatological procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures, including:
- Injectables such as fillers and Botox.
- PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments.
- Skin boosters and other rejuvenation therapies.
- Diagnose customer skin conditions and medical history to propose suitable treatments and products.
- Deliver professional consultations to educate clients on procedures, post-treatment care, and recommended follow-ups.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and adhere to all health protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the client’s journey, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in promotional events and represent the spa in exhibitions and outdoor missions.
- Drive sales through cross-selling treatments and products across spa departments.
- Uphold a team spirit within the branch by contributing to overall targets and participating in training sessions.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Medical Degree in Dermatology or related specialization.
Work Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic dermatology, with proficiency in injectables and advanced treatments.
Sales experience and client consultation skills are a plus.
Language Skills
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
