We are on the lookout for driven, highly qualified, and personable Aesthetic Dermatologists to join our dynamic teams in both Cairo and Alexandria. With a focus on superlative client care, this role is perfect for someone service-oriented, keen on providing advanced Aesthetic Dermatology services, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and safety.
Main duties
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess clients` needs and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments.
- Perform a wide range of non-surgical and minimally invasive dermatological procedures, including laser treatments, injectables, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals and medical histories.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and client care throughout all procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic dermatology and incorporate innovative techniques into clinical practice.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctor assistants, front desk officers, and clinic management to deliver top-notch client care.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare regimens, and preventive measures for optimal results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with organization policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
- Uphold Lumiere Clinics’ reputation for excellence by delivering exceptional service and fostering positive client relationships.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Post-graduate medical degree (Master/Diploma/Fellowship) in Dermatology is a must
- Minimum 3 years of proven clinical experience in Aesthetic Dermatology
- Proficient in operating advanced dermatological and laser devices
- Skilled in Injectables (e.g. Botox / Dermal Fillers)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent patient-doctor interaction
- Professional appearance and commitment to high standards of client care and safety
- Relevant licenses to practice Aesthetic Dermatology & LASER is a plus
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical documentation and adhering to work protocols
