Job Description
- Oversee and manage all phases of Architectural finishes projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to identify and resolve potential issues promptly.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and project documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate construction teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Implement quality control procedures to guarantee that all work meets or exceeds client and regulatory requirements.
- Address and resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- He shall represent the company in all dealings with the project consultant and shall maintain a balanced professional relationship with him
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 15 year and maximum of 20 years of experience in finishing management or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of construction and finishing methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work full-time, under a long-term contract, and in an on-site workplace arrangement.
- Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and promoting a safe work environment.
