Job Description
- Developing and managing project schedules and budgets
- Directing and coordinating project staff and subcontractors
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitoring and controlling project scope and changes
- Developing and implementing project procedures and quality standards
- Prepare reports on the status of projects
- Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinating with suppliers and customers as necessary
Job Requirements
- Experience in industrial construction is a must.
- Budgeting and Infrastructure skills
- Civil Engineering and Construction Management skills
- Project Management skills
- Experience in managing large-scale agricultural or construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
