Job Description:
We are looking for experienced and motivated Property Consultants to join our fast-growing team. This role is focused primarily on primary market sales, working directly with Egypt’s top developers.
You’ll work exclusively with fresh leads generated from digital marketing campaigns—no cold calls—providing clients with tailored property options, detailed comparisons, and professional guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Handle fresh, qualified leads from marketing campaigns—no cold calling.
- Focus on primary market sales, representing leading developers.
- Guide clients through the full sales journey from inquiry to closing.
- Provide property comparisons to help clients make informed decisions.
- Maintain follow-ups and track progress using our internal CRM system.
- Coordinate with developers for viewings, availability, and updates.
- Stay informed on the latest market trends and project launches.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, preferably in primary sales.
- Excellent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong sales, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market, especially West Cairo.
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms.
