Job Description
- Advise clients on residential property options based on their needs and budget
- Generate leads and follow up with potential buyers/sellers
- Conduct property viewings and provide relevant information
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and competitor activities
- Prepare necessary documents (contracts, agreements, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in residential real estate sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
