Job Description
- Receive PO acknowledgement and execution milestone for assigned vendors/projects.
- Attend Kick off meeting, summarize the required quality and other documents.
- Use Aveva Expediting module to maintain an expediting file for each PO, which would be used throughout the project period.
- Monitor documents/drawings submittals and approvals from discipline engineer to facilitate on time manufacture release.
- Monitor the supplier payment process to ensure and facilitate of our financial obligation to avoid negative/effect delay of suppliers.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering is preferred
- Min. 2 years of experience
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, work under pressure with challenging deadlines while delivering high quality results.
- Construction and/or development background is a must
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Good computer skills
- Planning skills
- Analytical skills
- Excellent command of English
