Job Description
- Develop LOD 350 Revit models, parametric families & shop drawings
- Produce 2D & 3D BIM documentation for precise coordination.
- Optimize space planning while ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate BIM models with architects & engineers.
- Generate BOQs & quantity take-offs from BIM models.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- + 5 years in interior design, BIM modeling & technical drawings.
- Proficient in Revit (LOD 350), AutoCAD & Navisworks.
- Strong knowledge of materials, construction & BIM standards.
- GCC experience preferred.
