Job Description
Alep Studio is a creative agency that bridges branding, retail, and hospitality interior design. We believe in creating spaces that carry meaning—spaces that express a brand’s story and leave lasting impressions. We’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our team and help shape experiential environments with a narrative-first approach.
Role Responsibilities
-Lead design projects from concept through execution.
-Translate brand strategies into thoughtful, immersive interior concepts.
-Develop mood boards, layouts, materials, and full technical packages.
-Guide junior designers and collaborate with external consultants.
-Present concepts and designs to clients with clarity and confidence.
-Coordinate with the branding and execution teams to ensure aligned delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in interior design.
- Strong concept development and spatial storytelling abilities.
- Experience creating detailed technical drawings and 3D visuals.
- Skilled in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Great communication and team leadership skills.
- Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

- Exposure to branding processes or multidisciplinary design environments.
- Interest in cultural narratives and design storytelling.
- Strong eye for materials, finishes, and detailing.
