Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, supporting internal reporting, and performing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities 

1.    Accounting & Financial Management
·  Handle daily accounting tasks (AP, AR, GL, cash handling)
·  Manage month-end/year-end closings and reporting
·  Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with Egyptian tax laws
·  Perform bank reconciliations and payroll coordination
·  Generate reports for accruals, prepaids, and financial status updates
·  Ensure timely client invoicing and payment follow-ups.

2. Financial Analysis & Reporting
·  Build financial models and analyze market data
·  Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic reporting
·  Analyze Balance Sheets, P&L, and cash flow metrics.

3. Data & Compliance
·  Maintain financial databases and ensure data accuracy
·  Track project-based HR allocations and productivity metrics
·  Collaborate across teams to ensure cost and delivery alignment


Qualifications 

·   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
·   2–3 years of accounting/financial analysis experience
·   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools (e.g., ZohoBooks, QuickBooks)
·  Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax laws and payroll
·   Great attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
