Job Description
- Handle accounting operations related to real estate projects and subcontracting activities.
- Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements, contracts, and project cost reports.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, project billing, and subcontractor settlements.
- Reconcile project accounts and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate development and subcontracting.
- Solid understanding of project-based accounting and contract management.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
