Job Description

We are seeking a talented Business Process Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a mega project spanning over 4 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and redesigning business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and consulting expertise to drive successful process improvements aligned with project objectives.


 

Job Requirements

  • business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and priorities for process improvement initiatives.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize business processes, including redesigning workflows, eliminating bottlenecks, and standardizing procedures.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of redesigned processes, and monitor performance against targets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to drive ongoing enhancements and refinements to business processes, leveraging feedback and lessons learned.
  • Documentation: Document current and future state processes, workflows, and business rules, and ensure alignment with project objectives and stakeholder requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of process improvements.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with process changes, and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to empower stakeholders with the skills and knowledge needed to sustain process improvements beyond the project duration.
