Job Description
Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Identify and target new market opportunities and segments.
• Create sales plans and forecasts to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Account Management:
• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
New Business Development:
• Conduct research to identify potential customers and their needs.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close new business deals.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members.
• Collaborate with different departments (marketing, product, finance) to align sales efforts.
• Conduct sales training sessions to enhance the skills of team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture.
Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Evaluate individual and team performance against sales targets.
• Recommend and implement strategies to improve sales performance.

Sales Revenue: Achieving or exceeding the assigned sales revenue targets.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through technical support and problem-solving.
Conversion Rate: Converting a high percentage of leads into closed deals.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrating deep technical knowledge and expertise in the products or services.
Leadership: Effectively leading and managing the sales engineering team.
Sales Pipeline: Maintaining and managing a healthy sales pipeline.
Market Knowledge: Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Complex Solutions: Developing and delivering complex technical solutions to clients.
Team Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Mentoring: Supporting the professional growth and development of junior sales engineers.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, with
• 3 – 5 years of extensive experience in a technical sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of the product or solution being sold.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers at a senior level.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of sales engineers.
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to understand complex customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
