Job Description


  • Contact clients and attend meetings.
  • Making quality control phone calls to ensure the client satisfaction.
  • Managing clients requests if needed via phone or Email.
  • Prepare a database of leads to identify potential clients and offer them our services and solutions.
  • Capturing client requirements, preparing proposals and winning new contracts.
  • Managing the Finance and HR modules through the company systems (ERP and CRM).
  • Monitoring internal team and making recruitment if needed.
  • Follow up on customer balances.
  • Prepare reports to the CEO.
