Job Description

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video producers to produce multimedia content.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
  • Foster relationships with followers and influencers to amplify brand presence.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
  • Experiment with new features and innovative approaches to keep the brand relevant.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, PR, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior social media team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in social media management or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Experience in paid social media campaigns is a plus.
