Influencer & Community Specialist

Gamers Lounge is looking for a savvy Influencer and Community Communications Specialist to build influencer strategy and identify both existing and upcoming talent, whilst acting as our ambassador to the public and news outlets.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage influencer strategy, from identification to implementation
• Build strong influencer relationships and identify potential talent to help shape our approach to influencer marketing
• Develop strategies tailored to our projects, which stay in line with overall business strategies and goals
• Ensure that Influencer timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables meet the required product deadlines
• Analyze and evaluate Influencer campaign performance through regular quantitative and qualitative reporting and KPI assessments
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
• Keep up to date with emerging trends, technologies and influencers
• Monitor esports news on local and global levels
• Organize media interviews and visits
• Collaborate with and answer inquiries from media, influencers and other organizations
• Develop and edit written materials including press releases, media alerts, internal communications, fact sheets, and FAQs
• Work on a flexible schedule according to business and campaign requirements
