Job Description
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- User Support: Assist users with IT-related issues, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Installation and Configuration: Set up and configure new hardware, software, and network devices.
- Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, procedures, and support tickets.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience ( 6 months :1 year ) as an IT Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology.
- Familiarity with networking principles and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
