Job Description
- Working with the architectural team in the technical office at the head office -
- implementing engineering designs in the technical office and architectural design, technical office coordinator.
- Prepare, revise, and review architectural shop drawings based on project designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to ensure integration of architectural elements.
- Review and verify BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and material take-offs.
- Handle requests for information (RFIs) related to architectural drawings and respond to consultant comments.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and standards.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education level: bachelor degree in architectural engineering
- Excellent knowledge in : shop drawing - BIM
- Softwares: AutoCAD - MS Office -Revit is a must
- Knowledge of 3d.max - lumion is a plus
