Job Description
- Greet customers and direct them to the preferred section of products.
- Identify customers’ needs, ask proper questions, and provide needed information and features about the product to achieve the potential sales.
- Inspire, guide and advise customers with the best options, discuss suitability to customers’ needs and requests.
- Maintain a high level of customer sales and service techniques to achieve set sales goals.
- Cross and up- sell products and inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Professionally respond to customer complaints.
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Males only.
Professional Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience.
