Job Description
- Act as a brand ambassador by representing Joviality’s values and products at stores, events, and activations.
- Greet, approach, and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to encourage trial and purchase.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability, and keep the promotional area neat and attractive.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales & marketing team.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and special promotions.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, store policies, and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, promotion, or customer service (cosmetics/beauty experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
- Strong persuasion and sales skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work on shifts, weekends, and during promotional events.
- Minimum education: High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
