Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical engineering activities to ensure project objectives are met within schedule and budget.
Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to guide installation and construction processes.
Monitor the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct site inspections and audits to verify the quality and progress of electrical works.
Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project records.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to coordinate the delivery and installation of electrical materials and equipment.
Identify and address potential risks or delays, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
Support the handover process by participating in final inspections and ensuring all electrical systems are fully operational.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or petroleum
0-2 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in site-based roles.
Familiarity with electrical systems, construction practices, and relevant codes and standards.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction environments.
