Assist in the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for warehouse and industrial projects.
Support project managers in coordinating MEP activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality of MEP installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Assist in the calibration and validation of building management systems (BMS) and related equipment.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all phases of the project.
Participate in value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Support the continual improvement of engineering processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
0-2 years of experience in MEP engineering or a related field.
Familiarity with MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning processes.
Basic understanding of building management systems (BMS), calibration, and validation procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
