Job Description
- Assist in the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for warehouse and industrial projects.
- Support project managers in coordinating MEP activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality of MEP installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Assist in the calibration and validation of building management systems (BMS) and related equipment.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all phases of the project.
- Participate in value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Support the continual improvement of engineering processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in MEP engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning processes.
- Basic understanding of building management systems (BMS), calibration, and validation procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
- Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
