We’re Hiring: Remote Call Center Agents – Client Onboarding for Temu & eBay UK
Are you a people-person with a knack for communication and a passion for eCommerce? We're looking for enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our growing remote team!
As part of our client onboarding squad, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients looking to explore new selling opportunities with our partners online marketplaces like Temu and eBay UK. You'll work across multiple categories – from fashion and electronics to home goods and more – helping businesses tap into global marketplaces and scale their operations.
What You'll Do:
Lead Outreach & Engagement
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce clients to the benefits of selling on Temu and eBay UK
Use email and social platforms to connect with prospects and nurture interest
Qualify Leads & Schedule Appointments
Understand client needs and assess fit for each marketplace
Set up meetings or demos with our marketplace experts for next-step onboarding
Stay in the Know
Develop a strong understanding of Temu and eBay services
Keep up with eCommerce trends and best practices across industries
CRM & Feedback Management
Log calls, updates, and outcomes in our CRM system
Share insights and feedback with the team to improve our outreach strategy
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or eCommerce a plus
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable navigating online platforms and tools
Fluent English (spoken and written)

Job Requirements
Experience:
- Experience:
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
- Experience in technology, neuroscience, or healthcare industries is a plus
