Proven work experience as a SR Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Experience in Factories & Manufacturing field is a MUST
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to identify top talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Very good written & spoken English.
Preferred 6th October or Giza Residents.
