Job Description
Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of
the CEO.
• Attend meetings and take notes as needed.
• Conduct research and prepare reports as requested
Job Requirements
1 to 5 + years of experience as an executive assistant or personal
assistant.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a
fluent level of English.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Own a car.
