Job Description
- Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
- Focuses on publicizing and increasing awareness of the company’s brands.
- Develop an annual marketing plan and focus on meeting organizational objectives.
- To manage the marketing budget and the delivery of all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Assist with analyzing advertising campaigns and monitoring brand quality.
- Monitor the reactions of customers and retail outlets to new products and brand initiatives.
- Manage all aspects of our online/offline Marketing department (Media buying – E-Commerce – Branding).
- Directly support and supervise the Media buyer and E-commerce team.
- Responsible for planning and coordinating media actions on all channels of Digital marketing.
- Manage the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase, tracking, and drawing conclusions from specific E-Commerce KPIs.
Plan and execute shared marketing programs.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Fashion Merchandising or Business Administration.
- Experience working in a similar or related field (Fashion / Retail)
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in marketing.
- Excellent English language skills (spoken & written).
- Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Keep up to date with the latest trend and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Focus on the customer.
