Job Description
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery of Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Project
delivery of Architecture, Structure, Control and Automation disciplines. - Ensure the correctness of all designs and contractor’s submission.
- Resolve any technical problems faced by team on design and construction.
- Oversee project records and documentation related to all disciplines
- Seek opportunities to develop skills and maintain currency of engineering knowledge
- QA and review of critical areas.
- Use experience to foresee potential limitations and problems.
- Attend site, coordination and client meetings where necessary.
- Maintain open dialogue with the client on all project matters, build trust and respect with clients.
- Help team members in attending difficult meetings and reply expediently to difficult letters or issues that require resolution.
- Monitor project deadlines and assist team members in meeting deadlines.
- Continually review quality practices within the team.
- Remedy situations within the team with guidance and leadership.
- Oversee all correspondences including reports and all documents relating to project.
- Liaise between all parties involved with clear and concise detail on all project information.
- Ensure all instructions from the client are clarified.
Job Requirements
- Requirements & Skills-
- Must have experience in data center projects
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field, PMP certification is a must.
- 18:20 years of Experience in construction management and site supervision activities.
- Relevant experience in Data Centers is a must, uptime certification would be highly preferred.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.
