Job Description
- Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)
- Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements
- Produce outline designs
- Conduct experiments methodically, analyse data and interpret results
- Test and evaluate theoretical designs
- Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems
- Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety
- Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions
- Estimate budget and scope of project
- Solicit observations from operators
- Prepare product reports and documentation
- Engage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methods
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in consultancy offices.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Advanced knowledge in designing all mechanical systems, including:
- HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).
- Plumbing and drainage systems.
- Fire fighting systems.
- Mechanical control and monitoring systems (BMS).
- Heat load calculations and equipment selection.
- Previous experience in consultancy firms
- Proficiency in CAD and Revit
- Advanced knowledge in the design of all mechanical systems, including:
- HVAC Systems
- Fire Fighting Systems
- Plumbing and Drainage Systems
- Medical Gas Systems
- Wet Infrastructure
- Experience in designing mechanical systems for banks and hotels is essential.
