Job Description
Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Lead, motivate, and support sales team leaders and their teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly, providing feedback and improvement plans when needed.
Create and adjust sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
Conduct regular training for team members on sales techniques and service features.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment in targeting and messaging.
Analyze sales reports, market data, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated client issues effectively.
Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to senior management.
Ensure the team follows company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
