Job Description
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market share
- Monitor and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government and private clients
- Manage the tendering process and participate in preparing technical and financial proposals
- Conduct market analysis to discover new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to fulfill customer needs

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in steel or metal sales
- Hands-on experience in tendering and dealing with government and private sector clients
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make strategic business decisions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
