Job Description
- Manage and supervise all facility-related operations including maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure the facility complies with local regulations and bank’s internal standards, including health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality, timely service delivery.
- Monitor facility budgets, control costs, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to proactively identify and resolve facility issues.
- Oversee security protocols and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the safety of staff, clients, and assets.
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the life of facility assets.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and provide updates to management on facility performance and improvement initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related concerns at the site level.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in facility management, with proven experience in the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, facility maintenance protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
