We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our facility management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems maintenance and hands-on experience managing and maintaining MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems in commercial or industrial facilities.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution panels, switchgear, and backup generators.
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
Supervise and ensure the functionality of HVAC systems, fire alarm systems, elevators, and other building services.
Monitor energy usage and suggest energy-saving improvements.
Prepare maintenance reports, checklists, and documentation for compliance and audits.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance activities.
Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and codes.
Support the Facility Manager in planning and executing maintenance schedules.
Assist in emergency troubleshooting and rectification activities as required.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical or facility maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
Proficient in using electrical testing tools and maintenance software.
Good understanding of building automation systems (BMS)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Experience in commercial/residential building management or industrial facilities.
