Job Description
- Design, modify, and update 2D technical drawings for facility layouts, mechanical systems, and equipment.
- Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of mechanical and technical systems within the facility.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations and compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee the installation, inspection, and repair of mechanical equipment, including HVAC, chillers, UPS & generators etc..
- Maintain documentation of facility layouts, machine placements, and engineering designs.
- Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for facility improvements.
- Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on facility-related projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, engineering support, or a related role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC and facility management.
- Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment optimization.
- Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Certification in facility management or mechanical maintenance is a plus.
