Job Description
- Establish and maintain best practices for code development within the Dynamics AX environment following Microsoft Best Practices and company development controls
- Collaborate and work in conjunction with outside vendors including our AX Partner in a shared development environment
- Work with Application Support, QA, and development to support application issues, changes, and modifications
- Validates functional designs on their technical feasibility
- Perform debugging and testing for small AX code modifications
- Develop in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 using X++, SSRS, and C# development languages
- Is responsible for the design and development of modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics applications
- Is responsible for driving the effort to migrate the user’s data sources into Microsoft’s sources, ensuring proper alignment of data models. Offers support on Microsoft tools for migration and integration
- Implements reports per required documents and standards
- Maybe tasked with additional tasks such as developing data migration procedures to integrate Microsoft Dynamics solutions to legacy systems
- Tests modifications for the validity of results, accuracy, reliability and conformance to established standards.
Job Requirements
• 2 - 5 years of Dynamics AX / D365 experience
• Good knowledge of Enterprise Portal for ax 2012 preferred
• Experience with BI/Power BI is a plus
• Experience with all stages of Dynamics AX/365 Development
• Good Technical understanding of Dynamics AX, Programming skills in Dynamics AX (X++/Morph X, Visual Studio), and SSRS reports.
• Very good English command and language skills
• Experience with cloud base technologies
• Excellent knowledge of security roles.
