Job Description
● Achieve high levels of excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
● Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
● Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
● Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
● Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
● Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
● Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
● Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouses filed.
- Excellent English Language Skills.
- Previous experience using SAP
- Excellent MS Office user.
- Good understanding of storage and distribution methods.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
