Coordinate the arrival of international shipments, liaising with freight forwarders and couriers.
Track shipment timelines and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
Verify received goods against purchase orders for quantity, type, and quality accuracy
Accurately code and categorize products upon arrival.
Organize and manage warehouse inventory placement.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of product details, pricing, and SKUs into the Odoo ERP system.
Coordinate with local couriers for dispatching online customer orders.
Ensure proper documentation and confirmation of courier pickups.
Track deliveries and manage exceptions or failed deliveries.
Receive and inspect returned items from couriers.
Document reasons for returns and prepare detailed reports.
Share return insights with the Customer Service team for improved service and root cause analysis.
Maintain real-time accuracy of stock levels and locations within the Odoo system.
Ensure all goods movement is properly documented and digitally tracked.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality standards.

Previous experience in logistics, inventory control, or warehouse coordination.
Strong familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Odoo is a significant plus.
Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills for working with internal teams and external couriers.
Strong problem-solving mindset and accountability.
