Job Description
- Coordinate all export activities from order processing to delivery.
- Prepare and review export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of origin, Bill of Lading, Health Certificate, etc.)
- Communicate with freight forwarders, Insurance companies, and customs agents.
- Track shipments to provide regular updates to clients and internal.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to export logistics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and follow up on payments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
- 1-3 Years of exp.
- Proven experience in export coordination or international logistics.
- Knowledge of international shipping terms, customs regulation and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
