Job Description
- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage & project deliverable.
- Identify project risks by assessments and develop solid mitigation plans
- Managing all aspect of the day-to-day project tasks , tools/technologies, manpower and financials for
- Analyze costs, value, resources and risks of information technology and advise the Management as well as proposed actions to be taken.
- Maintain and adhere to project budget
- Provide reporting on IT projects timely to the management.
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with stakeholders.
- Maintains project quality service as per project requirements.
- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates, scope and status reports.
- Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
- Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities and set a proper action plan when needed
- Ensure understanding & compliance with Majorel vision mission and values and follow regulatory Majorel policies & procedures.
- Stay up to date on new trends, products, best practices and marketing initiatives.
- Additional tasks can be assigned at any time.
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Proven experience in leading projects
Technical Skills: : (knowledge, experiences, IT tools/software, languages)
- Level Of English: Very good Level
- Minimum of 4 years of IT Project Management
- Ability to highlight risks and resolve them in alignment with all stakeholders.
- The ability to coordinate resources across multiple projects within an IT function.
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
- Strong client and vendor management skills.
