Job Description
- Provide candidates with necessary hiring documents and arrange pre-employment medical examinations.
- Follow up on employee’s medical claims, reimbursement processes.
- Follow up regarding medical approvals for employees.
- Ensure that all NS Staff are under Social Insurance.
- Handle all matters related to the Social Insurance office.
- Preparation of Social Insurance Form 1, Form 6, Form 2 & Social Insurance correspondence
- Track and manage new enrollments in Nile Sugar’s medical program.
- Maintain organized filing of all departmental documents.
- Act as a liaison between factory employees and HR management at the Head Office.
- Assist in organizing and supporting internal training programs.
- Overtime preparation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-2 Years of Experience.
- Language: English (Good)- Arabic (Good).
- Microsoft Office
