Position Overview
We are seeking an HR Recruitment Specialist to manage and oversee a range of human resource activities, including organizational development, payroll, recruitment, personnel management, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is adept at HR best practices and can navigate a fast-paced environment to foster a positive work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with departments to develop job descriptions and interview guidelines, ensuring effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws, staying updated on labor law changes and updating policies as needed.
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics and prepare reports on HR activities to enhance effectiveness and employee engagement.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM-06:00 PM
Days Off: Fridays, Saturdays
Location: Mokattam
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience with talent management, employee development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
