Job Description
- Maximizes the brand potential at national level
- Executes Country Operating Plan
- Delivers branding campaign in line with international guidance
- Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings)
- Develops and implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with International Brand Plan
- Designs and executes promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages
- Proposes national sales target and achieves agreement with Business Unit Leader and Sales/District Managers
- Translates/implements international brand campaign locally
- Analyses market research and develops marketing plan
- Coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans
- Recruits and manages external vendors
- Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases
- Develops strong relations with KOLs & Influencers
Job Requirements
- Relevant academic education from reputable University
- Minimum +8 years of solid experience in sales and promotion
- Minimum +5 years of experience in the Cosmeceutical or Derma Pharma industry
- At least 1 year in the same position as Brand Manager, Derma Line
- MBA and post-academic studies are preferred
- Hand on market developments and changes
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation skills
- Results-oriented and motivated by success
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both oral and written communications
- Computer skills (MS Office programs)
- Ladies are preferred
