Job Description
- SAP Vistex implementation support.
- Enterprise structure basic components configuration (sales organization, distribution channel, credit control area, division, sales office,sales group, etc…)
- SD documents and their structure (types, document composition, relevant tables & their relation)
- Master data structure (customer and customer hierarchy) – all relevant tables
- Gathering business requirements, documenting it and translating it into a technical customization need (or development in advanced scenarios)
- Bridging the GAP between the business functions and the technical team
- Mastering the recording and documentation of business process flow (mainly Visio, and other documentation)
- Mastering the creation of a progress report (using MS project mainly and Excel)
- Documenting changes on the system and design of new components to ensure their readability for future reference
- Creating test scenarios for unit testing and integration testing for selected business processes
- Conducting end-user training sessions and compile training manuals
- Exposure to integration of SAP Vistex with other systems/platforms
Job Requirements
- ERP: SAP R/3 ECC 6.0, SAP Vistex
- Modules: SAP MM, IM, and SD
- Packages : MS Office, MS Visio, and MS project
- Languages: English and Arabic
- Experience: 3-5 years in similar projects and industry
