Job Description
- Review and Understand Tender Documents
- Review Project specifications and requirements
- Prepare pre-qualification documentation
- Ensure that clarifications are raised well and in-time for better understanding of the Project – RFI (Request for Information)
- All in-house co-ordination for technical and financial proposal preparations.
- Understanding of different International guidelines and formats, in order to comply with when registering or applying (eg: ERBD, etc.)
- Take role in the writing of technical and financial proposals
- Provide and develop cost estimates for proposal submissions,
- Prepare and review project schedule
- Review terms and conditions with proposals manager
- Pro-actively follow-up on submitted proposals with clients, ensuring sales and developing a good relationship.
Job Requirements
Essential Skills and Competencies Required:
- Experience in dealing with tenders and complex tenders
- Ability to deliver accurate high quality work to tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and proposals
- Good grammar and technical report writing skills
- Experience with general MS Office Programs
- Knowledge in using Primavera P6 or similar
- Knowledge in AutoCAD
- Attention to details
Desirable:
- Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture)
- Years of experience from 5 to 10 years.
